The Pleasantview Fire Protection District is a dynamic organization dedicated to serving multiple communities, including Burr Ridge, Willowbrook, Indian Head Park, Countryside, Hodgkins, and unincorporated Cook County. Situated just west of the City of Chicago, we are responsible for protecting residents within a 14 square mile area, including two major expressways, I-55 and I-294.

Our Team

• We operate three fire stations, staffed by 73 dedicated personnel. This includes:
• 48 shift personnel who work a 24/48-hour schedule
• 24-hour operational coverage
• Deployment of 2 front-line engines, 2 front-line ladder trucks, 2 front-line paramedic ambulances, 2 special rescue vehicles and 1 Battalion Commander vehicle
